Sam and various other humans wish to live their own life and not be related with any of this, but all through the film things keep turning up and they are involved nevertheless.

In the motion picture, it is the humans and the Autobots that prolong trying to fight and stand up to The Fallen, who is the outrageous chap in the sequel, just like there is a horrible fellow in every sequel.
