By now you know that there is a price to be paid in network marketing. If you’re willing to pay that price, you will have a bright future in network marketing. You already have what it takes to become a success story, but we let our own fears block us from achieving greatness.

Prospecting and recruiting is an emotional event. Fear is the dominant emotion in this area of our business. When you really narrow it down, it’s all about the psychology of leadership.

It seems that some people can sponsor new distributors without any effort at all. There are others that struggle for long periods of time and never sponsor anyone.

Sponsoring, prospecting and recruiting has nothing to do with scripts or even what you say to people. It’s not about having the exact rebuttal to an objection or anything like that. It boils down to the way you THINK about sponsoring that makes all the difference.

Most marketers don’t accept this, but the goal is not to SELL people on your product or opportunity. All the greats will tell you, a big problem arises when you try and sell in this industry. Especially when you’re presentng your business opportunity.
